This afternoon, we’re sharing a recipe from Amanda Prince, who writes The Sunny Vegan, a blog with lots of creative and mouth-watering recipes. You can find her on Facebook and Twitter, too.
These strawberry cheesecake smoothies are just the thing on a hot summer day.
“I started Sunny Vegan to show people, veggie or not, just how gorgeous and delicious vegan food really is. Sometimes there are misconceptions about what we eat and people are genuinely surprised when they find out something I have made is vegan. Food doesn’t just need to taste good, it needs to look good too!
As a professional photographer, I am able to capture how beautiful vegan food can be and share it with people through the blog. The response to the site and the recipes has been so genuine, I look forward to the opportunity each post provides to perhaps share the joy of veganism with one more person. I hope you like this recipe for Vegan Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothies!”
