Today we are sharing her recipe for Seven-Layer Dip that is vegan and gluten-free (and also soy-free, depending on what ingredients you use). This is a terrific dish for summer, one that everyone will enjoy and you can easily bring it to a potluck or gathering.

1 1/2 cup guacamole

1 1/2 cup fire roasted salsa
1 can black olives, chopped

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

Directions
1. Spread the beans into the bottom of a deep, glass serving dish (at least 9 x 13).
2. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheese on top of beans.
3. Sprinkle soy chorizo on top of cheese.
4. Spread sour cream very slowly on top of beef.
5. Spread guacamole on top of sour cream.
6. Pour salsa over guacamole and spread evenly.
7. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese. Sprinkle black olives, tomatoes, green onions  and cilantro on top. You can serve this dish immediately, or refrigerate it over night and serve cold.

I make a great white bean dip. I use silken tofu and it's nice and creamy.

Who's got the chips?! This looks amazing!

This looks so delcious! I will be making this for the next potluck or party! I am a dipaholic! I love having raw veggies and dip everyday for lunch so Ive been making dip like crazy! I make the norm such as guac and hummus, but some out of norm recipes include a recently made coconut curry black bean dip, sweet potato hummus, garlic soy vinaigrette, homemade spicy thai peanut sauce and vegan pesto. Of course my heart still belongs to homemade guacamole and plain hummus. I can literally eat these two dips with a spoon!

It sounds and looks great but I have just one question.  Is the vegan sour cream made with soy?  If so, I can't have it.  I'm desperately looking for a  non dairy/non soy sour cream substitute.  Anyone know of any?
