Hello friends! We've got a delicious and informative week planned for you, with everything from a Cajun spiced Vegan Gumbo recipe to make on Fat Tuesday (just in time for Mardi Gras!), to healthy fare like Miso Glazed Carrots and Quinoa Stuffed Mushrooms. We think you're going to love every one of these dishes!

We'll also be covering topics such as where to get plant-based sources of protein as well as discuss how different food additives can affect our moods. We'll also get back into shattering some more myths that surround the vegan lifestyle.

We've got 5 lucky Everyday Giveaway winners to announce today! Made Just Right™ gives away coupons for free Earth Balance® products every day! To qualify, all you have to do is comment on our posts. That's how much we love to hear from you! Click here for more info...

The winners from last week are:
Sara Shank

Congratulations to all! We will contact you soon to follow up.

Don’t forget to share your thoughts & comments with us all this week… you just might see your name up here as a winner next week!

"Saturday night and the moon is out
I wanna head on over to the Twist and Shout
Find a two-step partner and a Cajun beat
When it lifts me up I'm gonna find my feet
Out in the middle of a big dance floor
When I hear that fiddle wanna beg for more
Gonna dance to a band from a-Lou'sian' tonight"

I love learning about new ways to get protein into my diet!

I'm looking forward to the Quinoa Stuffed Mushrooms!

yesss free earth balance!!

Congrats to the winner this week!

Enjoy "Fat Tuesday"everyone!smiley-wink.gif

I totally forgot about Mardi Gras, thanks for reminding me

Thank you for remembering mardi gras as part of our cultural and foodie traditions.

And for the Global Kitchen cookbook. Made the "Sukuma Wiki with Ugali" (greens, tomatoes and cornmeal, since local collards abundant right now ) - loved it! Will freeze some of the greens to use when local tomatoes are abundant, though we'll probably make it a few times in between then and now.

Looking forward t this week's recipes...
