I want to try the coconut spread in my homemade choc chip/pecan cookies. I would like to try it for everything. It is really healthy.
I have been thinking about trying out vegan mayonnaise so I guess this is a sign I need to finally do so. I think my first attempt might be for some sort of spicy mayo-type sauce to put on anything I can find. I remember having some sort of spicy mayo at a place I frequented in college and would love to make something similar!
Ohhh coconut spread sounds lovely! I want to spread it on a pineapple bran muffin. What would it taste like spread on a banana and then a few mini chocolate chips and some toasted pecans. What would it .....ohhh the endless possibilities await!

I make and sell the BEST gluten, casein, soy & egg free vegan baked goodies - my biggest hits are the Gilligan's Cocoa-Coconut Brownies made with real organic cocoa nibs, coconut milk and coconut, chia flour (in my GF mix of several flours) and baked with spinach and carrot. I need to stock up on Earth Balance because I sold out today!!
