Me too... I'm crazy for it. So much in fact, that I wonder if it's possible to have too much of a good thing. Anyone know if there are negative effects to over-consuming it?
I take a vegan vitamin with B-12 but didn't know it was so easy to get b-12 without it! I'm new to nutritional yeast though--only tried it on popcorn so far...
